Delete Your TriviAI Challenge Account

You can delete your TriviAI Challenge account and all associated personal data at any time,
directly within the app. Deletion is immediate and permanent.
Warning: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
All personal data listed below will be removed immediately.
How to Delete Your Account In-App
- Open the TriviAI Challenge app and sign in to your account.
- Tap the Profile tab (bottom-right of the screen).
- Scroll down to the bottom of your profile page.
- Tap "Delete Account" (below the Log Out button).
- Confirm the deletion in the two confirmation prompts.
What Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:
- Your account credentials (email and password)
- Your username and profile information
- Your profile photo (if you uploaded a custom one)
- Your push notification token
- Your friend list and pending friend requests
What Is Retained
To preserve game history and leaderboard integrity, anonymized gameplay records
(scores, game outcomes) may be retained but will no longer be linked to your identity.
Request Deletion by Email
If you are unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us.
Please include the email address associated with your account. We will process your
request within 30 days.
